Note that there is empirical rationale for retrospective reporting on this measure because baseline ratings may be artifically inflated and interfere with ability to track progress. As described in Heller et al. (2011), it may be more valid to have teachers complete "now/then" versions of this measure after engaging in IECMHC for a period of time, reporting on themselves now and as they were right before consultation began.
