The following materials were developed by the Center for Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (CECMHC), which was formerly housed at GUCCHD and funded by the Office of Head Start as a three-year Innovation and Improvement Project.
The ECMHC team has recorded a series of relaxation exercises in English and Spanish. These exercises have been designed for use by families and Early Head Start and Head Start staff to help you reduce your stress.
